Answer
Question: When is it better to brush teeth – in the morning or at night?
Answer: Teeth are to be brushed in the morning and at night, as a minimum. It is advisable to brush teeth after each meal.
Brush teeth at night straight before going to bed. No sweets, coffee or solid food after brushing your teeth at night!
If you drank some juice, kvass, soft drink, cola, etc. that contain sugar, colourants, etc., do not forget to rinse
your mouth though it is better to quench thirst with potable or mineral water.
Remains of something sweet in the mouth will make a bouillon for bacteria. They will eat the remains for you straight
in your mouth! Just imagine a sickening stench they leave after their feast - that's the result of their metabolism,
plainly speaking, the smell is due to discharge of bacteria, their evacuation - these are very toxic, i.e. poisonous.
The advice is simple: not a bit of food, not a drop of juice for bacteria in your mouth.
Presence of pathogenic, disease-producing microbes in your mouth creates dental problems and leads to general diseases
such as tonsillitis (angina), rheumatism, pyelonephritis, streptoderma, myocarditis, pneumonia, and so on and so forth.
