How to take care of mouthguards?

- Wash mouthguards with soap using warm (not hot) water.
- Before putting the mouthguard away, keep it in the mouth rinsing solution.
- When not used, keep mouthguards in a ventilated plastic box with several holes in it so that the mouthguard can dry.
- Heat is not good for mouthguards. Keep them away from direct sunrays and do not keep them in a closed car.
- Do not keep a mouthguard in a folded condition.
